Rules and Guidelines
The following are a list of rules and guidelines for the Louisiana Student Ministries summer camps.
📌Leadership, we ask that you go over these basic rules with your youth prior to camp so they will be able to plan properly.

The following are a list of rules and guidelines for the Louisiana Student Ministries summer camps.
📌Leadership, we ask that you go over these basic rules with your youth prior to camp so they will be able to plan properly.
Dress Code
We are a holiness organization and this standard will be honored at Youth Camp.
Apostolic dress for male and female will be enforced.
- No sleeveless shirts/blouses of any kind.
- No see through clothing of any kind (including on the arms)
- Boys pants should fit; not “sag” or be too tight.
- Girls skirts and dresses should be below the knee and also while seated. Splits in skirts will also be below the knee.
- Shirts and blouses when untucked should be long enough to cover the stomach with arms raised above the head (as in praying).
- No excessive jewelry will be worn. (No earrings, necklaces, or piercings)
- No shorts, skorts, or mini skirts allowed at any time.
- Clothing worn to bed must be worn in the dorm only, not outside.
- No pajama pants worn to any service, event, or during sports.
- Sports and recreational clothing must fit the above criteria.
- No white wind-pants or solid white shirts during sports.
Addition Rules & Guidelines
- Gospel music will be the only music played or allowed on the camp grounds.
- No alcoholic beverages, tobacco, vapes, or illegal drugs allowed.
- Campers must respect ALL camp leadership not just the leadership their home church.
- No fighting! Anyone caught fighting will be suspended from sports and their pastor will be called. Second offense will be an automatic suspension from camp.
- No inappropriate touching amongst unmarried youth.
Dorm Rules
- Must stay in dorm after dark unless accompanied by a monitor.
- No girls allowed in any boys dorm or boys allowed in any girls dorm. (This same rule applies to monitors.)
- "Lights out" means to please be quiet so others can get some sleep. If you want to stay awake and daydream do it quietly. (Yes, this is camp and yes we will have fun, but not at the expense of messing up everyone else’s sleep.)
- All campers and monitors must be at all church services.
- Absolutely no sleeping in! (If you’re that tired, here’s your game plan: get some sleep at night.)
- Monitors If you’re going to leave the campgrounds please get permission so we will know where you are to help watch your kids. We are depending on you!
- No cell phones are allowed in bathrooms.
- Any improper content on cell phones will result in dismissal from camp.
- Being on cellphone during church service is prohibited.
- Any discipline decisions on any thing not directly addressed in this outline will be left to the discretion of camp administrator, and or District Superintendent.
